This privacy policy applies to the Evacuator.md mobile application (the “Application”) created by iCode.md (“Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

• Contact Info: Name, Phone Number, and Physical Address (needed to identify the user and dispatch towing services).
• Location: Precise Location (needed to find your vehicle on the map and send help to the exact spot).
• Contacts: Accessed for product personalization (e.g., if you wish to share the app or order for a friend).
• User Content: Photos or Videos (if you upload images of the car’s condition).
• Identifiers: Device ID (used for app functionality and push notifications).

2. Log Data

When you use the Application, we may collect data (through third-party products) called Log Data. This may include your device’s IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our service, and the time and date of your use.

3. Third-Party Access

We do not sell your personal data. We may share anonymized or aggregated data with third-party service providers (such as map services or analytics tools) to help us improve the Application and provide our services effectively.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us at info@evacuator.md, and we will respond in a reasonable time.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

This Application does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
